Sheila is Partner for Events & Founder Community at Village Global, where she designs and runs the programming that brings founders, luminary LPs, and operator angels together. Prior to Village Global, she developed and scaled a work training and job placement program for adults experiencing homelessness at Community Housing Partnership.

What's the common thread that runs through your career?
I love creating spaces where people feel a sense of belonging and that has been a common thread throughout my career. I believe people do their best learning, growing, and connecting when they feel a sense of belonging.

Remaining calm in high stress situations.
